*All tickets purchased are non refundable. We require 24 hours notice to amend a booking.
RULES OF PLAY
To ensure that everyone has an enjoyable experience we ask that all our visitors follow these simple rules:
- Adults must remain on the premises and supervise the child/children under their care at all times.
- We cannot take responsibility for children at any time.
- Shoes must not be worn in our play area and socks must be worn at all times by all visitors.
- We do not permit any food or drink to be taken into the play area.
- All play props, costumes, toys and other items belong to Smallville and must remain on the premises and are not to be removed at any time.
- Any child or adult causing deliberate damage to any property of Smallville will be liable for replacement cost.
- Any child or adult found not following the rules of play will be asked to leave immediately.
- Refunds will not be authorised during such events.
